Sayım Fırın Project

The Sayım Bakery project, designed by Mimoza Tanıtım, merges the traditional bakery culture with a modern approach. The design prioritizes both the functionality of the production areas and the comfort of the customer experience.

Wide glass facades provide an abundance of natural light, creating a sense of spaciousness, while light color tones establish a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The production zones are arranged with an ergonomic layout to increase staff efficiency. Natural wooden details and modern lighting elements in the seating areas add a cozy and inviting character to the space.

Every detail of the project reflects Mimoza Tanıtım’s commitment to quality and aesthetics. Material selections prioritize hygiene, durability, and visual appeal.
